Hilariously released as ‘Fuss over Feathers’ in the US. Note the two Supermarine Swift F. Mk 1s at 24.30 onwards. This was filmed before the Swift had even entered service. The Swift pilot’s disparaging comments about the Vampire seem somewhat premature in hindsight. Shame it’s such a boring film. Spoiler: the birds win.

Watched it in ts entirety yesterday evening. Loved it. And, because Vampires, was seasonally reminded of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation’s annual broadcast of Frederick Forsyth’s “The Shepherd,” which I intend to listen to tomorrow evening. https://www.cbc.ca/radio/asithappens/as-it-happens-the-shepherd-edition-2017-1.4455219/fireside-al-maitland-reads-frederick-forsyth-s-the-shepherd-1.4458378

Excellent site! Thank you for your efforts,
