They look pretty similar, but they were both designed at basically the same time, so I doubt there was much direct inspiration.
I think it’s another case of two different designers (or rather teams) being given similar briefs and coming up with similar designs.

Reference to the Northrop YA-9A is probably still warranted when noting the Frogfoot’s configuration. Great article.
